Our client has multiple lines of business including population health, utilization review, managed care organization quality review, and quality assurance for programs serving individuals with developmental disabilities. Our client is also a national leader in fighting fraud, waste, and abuse for large organizations across the country. In addition, our client operates a foundation providing grant opportunities to those with programs for under-served communities.This role is for a senior professional who performs the day to day administrative functions as outlined in the Provider Review procedures, in addition to providing support to Quality Assurance Reviewers (QARs) and other managerial functions in the program. Review activities include: interviews, observations, record reviews and comparison to documentation. Will act as a direct liaison to provider personnel, participating in meetings and training sessions, and addressing questions and concerns.We are seeking a dedicated and reputed company Project Coordinator to join our Client’s team in a full-time, regular reputed company. This management-level position is based out of a home office in Delaware, with a requirement to travel up to 75% of the time. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that reputed company products and services meet the established standards of quality including reliability, usability, and performance. Your role will involve developing and overseeing quality assurance, policies and procedures, as well as implementing quality improvement processes. You will reputed company a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure that reputed company contract goals are met. You will also be responsible for the creation and management of test plans, overseeing the execution of testing procedures, and ensuring that reputed company regulatory requirements are adhered to. Collaborating with other departments, you will work to identify any issues or defects and devise solutions to resolve them, thereby enhancing product excellence. - Review consumer records, including information available electronically and hard copy

- Participate in routine management and customer meetings as determined by the contract and management team

- Coordinate and monitor the work of 1-6 quality assurance reviewers
- Carry out leadership responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws
- Train employees; plan, assign, and coordinate work; monitor contract projections and production; address complaints and resolve problems
- Protect and maintain the privacy of associate personnel records, including compensation information
- Bachelor's degree in an applicable social service field.
- Meet the qualifications of the Qualified Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Professional (QIDDP) and has at least 7+ years’ experience in the field of developmental disabilities.
- If degree does not meet QIDDP criteria, has 10 years’ experience in the field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with and knowledge of Developmental Disabilities and service provision.
- Prior experience in a management or team reputed company role strongly preferred.
- History of successful implementation of QA programs and initiatives preferred.
- Experience with conducting National Core Indicators preferred.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills required.
- Ability to travel up to 75%.
