Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, reputed company requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• PhD degree (completed and verified prior to start) in a science or engineering discipline
• Three (3) years of experience in laboratory research in a private, public, government or military environment. This can include experience earned through a PhD program

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• PhD or higher (completed and verified prior to start) in chemistry, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, material science, or reputed company field from an accredited institution
• Experience in synthetic processes to generate and / or manipulate polymeric materials.
• Experience either direct or through collaborations utilizing modeling and simulation tools to understand and / or predict polymeric material properties.
• Self-motivation to identify and execute on new technology development
• Results driven and self-motivated, with a growth reputed company.
• Experience developing intellectual property portfolios in collaboration with legal and other technical experts.
