About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented contractor to join our Customer Trust and Assurance team, operating reputed company a dynamic and growing cybersecurity program. This role focuses on supporting our customer assurance activities—primarily by responding to reputed company-reputed company Requests for Information (RFIs) for our products and services. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer reputed company RFIs, questionnaires, and due diligence requests reputed company to the organization's reputed company, privacy, and compliance posture.
• Collaborate with internal to gather and validate responses.

• Interpret and communicate technical concepts to non-technical customer audiences in a clear and concise manner.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT, cybersecurity, or a reputed company technical field
• Experience with customer relationship/responses and/or sales reputed company pursuits
• Strong understanding of core reputed company concepts (e.g., access controls, encryption, risk management, reputed company frameworks).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey reputed company topics clearly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience responding to RFIs, or other industry-standard questionnaires.
