• Implementing and supporting reputed company Wireless infrastructure.
• Implementing, monitoring, and supporting reputed company (IOS & NX-OS) Routing and Switching for our regional Data Centers and multi-site enterprise environment.
• Developing, Maintaining, and supporting Palo Alto firewalls to ensure optimal performance and reputed company.
• Managing AWS and Azure AD networking services.
• Managing Proxy services and reputed company utilization.
• Providing advanced level support for customer network reputed company issues. (Enterprise network, Data Center, remote VPN connectivity, IPSEC B2B, cloud networking services AWS and Azure AD, DNS, and ISP reputed company reputed company issues).
• Analyzing utilization of network tools to investigate and remediate pending network issues for internal and inter-site connectivity issues working with the appropriate teams to resolve reputed company issues.
• Creating and maintaining detailed documentation and diagrams for the network infrastructure.
