  • 7 to 10+ Years of experience in marketing that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position; industry experience will also be considered
  • 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
  • Confident, comfortable communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills with demonstrated ability to influence at reputed company levels of management through clear, informed, and logical discussions/presentations.
  • Strong project management leadership skills including, critical ability to coordinate and balance multiple projects in a fast-pace, time-sensitive environment, under pressure, and meeting deadlines.
  • Management experience in leading results-driven teams; Motivational change leader
  • Ability to work with others in a team environment; Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative style.
  • Demonstrated strong relationship management skills with internal clients (e.g. senior management, peers and colleagues); proven ability to reputed company creative and collaborative approaches.

Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role.
