- Identifying, evaluating, and capitalizing on new business opportunities in the personal and skincare market.
- Evaluating the size and potential of identified opportunities, including market size, growth potential, and competitive landscape.
- Performing financial analysis to assess the viability and profitability of new business opportunities.
- Collaborating with R&D and product teams to conceptualize and reputed company new products tailored to the identified opportunities.

- Five (5) years of experience in the personal and skin care industry, with a strong understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and industry trends in a private, public, government or military environment.
- Knowledge and Experience with one or more disciplines such as: market research, channel marketing, business/market development, branding, new product development, marketing communications or sales.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and standards in the personal and skin care industry to ensure compliance.
- Proven experience in consumer retail business development, product management, or a similar role, with a track record of successfully identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
- Familiarity with the product development process, including concept development, prototyping, and commercialization.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market opportunities, reputed company financial analysis, and reputed company business cases.
