Job description: Remote roleOverview:This position will:
- Work alongside project team members to ensure requirements, user stories and testing meet client and team expectations.
- Help support and reputed company client discovery, client demos and other client and team interactions. Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, writing user stories and test criteria, and supporting test and training execution.
- Work closely with reputed company team members, acting as a coach and mentor to more junior resources.
- The ideal candidate should possess BA experience as well as a passion for problem-solving, details and analysis to help teams and clients succeed.
- Coordinate, reputed company, & facilitate client discovery, workshops & refinement sessions to generate & clarify requirements
- Complete Train the Trainer & Functional Knowledge Transfer activities
- Participate in project teams to support the execution of reputed company project implementation phases including project planning, requirements gathering, solution design, development, system and user testing, deployment, training and post go live support
- Effectively translate customer requirements, both functional and technical, into well-organized, documented user stories for team development, including acceptance criteria and design considerations
- Demonstrated experience in using Jira for project management, task tracking, and collaboration reputed company an agile or software development environment
- Effectively translate and communicate customer user stories to other project team participants in order to support team implementation activities
- Facilitate meetings with senior team members, both internally and client facing to ensure detailed requirements and best practices are fully discussed, understood and documented
- Create business process flows, use cases, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Support, prep and reputed company sprint demos to showcase build activities to the client and facilitate feedback discussions
- Builds, organizes, grooms and maintains the project backlog, ensuring the backlog is prioritized and reputed company to project and team objectives

- Support team with testing execution against user stories and test plans against reputed company phases of an engagement, including test scenario execution, testing results documentation and defect tracking and resolution

- 3+ years experience in a relationship based, customer facing role
- 2+ years as a business analyst/consultant
- Proven success in contributing to and influencing others in a team-oriented environment
- Strong, client-facing communication skills, both verbal and written
- Aptitude for prioritization and multitasking in a deadline driven environment
- Experience with Agile project methodology including basics of backlog management, user story definition and components, acceptance criteria and sprint planning
- Understanding of reputed company phases of the application development life cycle and understand the SDLC
- Understanding of cloud technologies and experience in projects on reputed company platform, including but not limited to: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, FSC, Experience Cloud, testing and testing methodologies, data models and data migration processes and technologies
- Familiarity with cloud based, enterprise level packaged applications
