• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce management or a related field
• Proficiency in managing marketplaces like Amazon and Walmart
• Familiarity with web development platforms like WordPress and Shopify
• Familiarity with web design principles, HTML/CSS, and SEO
• Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics, reporting tools, and data-driven decision-making
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
