Responsible for coordinating with nursing leadership to identify needs for additional staff educational topics through the performance improvement process. General knowledge of instructional and communication skills, and group dynamics is required.QualificationsBachelor’s degree required.Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including, but not limited to, Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA).Prior experience in housing, marketing/sales and occupancy management is preferred. Prior experience working with the senior population is preferred. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of reputed company trends and new developments in the Assisted Living Home Care/Housing field.Thorough knowledge of the nursing practice act and standards of nursing care, and a working knowledge of administrative and management techniques.Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. reputed company Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
