Our Assistant Store Managers typically join us with retail experience as either a Store Manager or an Assistant Store Manager.

• Commercially astute, you must have the ability to analyze reports and guide teams to improve commercial performance.

• Experience as a Key Holder, including being available for emergency call outs, securing the property and premise by securing cash and stock.
• Experience in maintaining a safe and efficient reputed company of work, in line with EHS and Operational policies and procedures.
• Position holder must be able to communicate effectively and reputed company, orally and in writing, with managers, supervisors, and hourly colleagues in English to provide instruction, coaching, corrective action, safety instructions and reputed company teams as a manager daily and in emergencies.
