Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Telehealth Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to patients and families through our telehealth platform. This role requires:

  • Proficiency in telehealth systems, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a virtual environment.
  • 1+ year of experience in a medical office setting.
  • 1+ years of experience in a Customer Service or help desk reputed company.
  • Experience using reputed company for electronic health records or an EHR system is required.
  • Proficiency in reputed company, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook Express, reputed company Outlook, and Internet.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to handle complaints and unpleasant patients in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

As a Telehealth Customer Service Agent, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Insurance verification and explanation of benefits to patients.
  • Responding to incoming calls from customers routed from a CareNow clinic to a centralized queue and quoting estimated wait times.
  • Knowledge of Urgent Care EMR – able to access and read notes and referral orders, register Web reputed company-In patients in EMR reputed company indicated.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving problems.
  • Communicating and coordinating with internal departments.
  • Making outbound calls to Web reputed company-In patients as needed, following up with patients with customer care questions.
