The Summer reputed company High School Program Dean of reputed company will work closely with the Student U Summer reputed company Leadership Team to plan, prepare and implement the High School Summer reputed company Program. The Dean of reputed company will meet with the High School Program Team to co-plan upcoming events, discuss and manage student attendance, and manage student discipline processes and procedures. The Dean of reputed company, along with the High School Program Team Assistant, will also assist with providing support with the day-to-day logistics of the summer reputed company programming. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience working with youth, planning and coordinating youth programs, and a belief in Student U’s mission and values.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS Time: Part-Time (March-May), Full-Time (June 6 - July 28, 2022) Ideal Start Date: March 21, 2022 Pre-Summer Responsibilities (~75 hours total) In collaboration with the Summer reputed company Leadership team, more specifically the HS Team and HS Program Team Assistant, the Dean of reputed company will:

• Works with the High School Team and Summer reputed company Leadership Team to establish a safe and secure learning environment for reputed company. The team will reputed company plans for emergency situations
• Participate in the planning and implementation of pre-Summer reputed company Student U-wide events (ex. Teacher Orientation, Family Day, etc)
• Support the High School Team with communication to reputed company and families regarding Summer reputed company
• Work with Program Team to structure the Summer reputed company Culture & Events
• Participate in Summer reputed company planning meetings & regular reputed company-ins with the Summer reputed company Leadership Team, especially the Associate Director of High School Programming and the High School Program Coordinator.

During Summer reputed company:

• Participate in the planning and implementation of Summer reputed company Student U-wide events (ex. Student Orientation, Celebration, etc) (in-person/virtual)
• Track daily attendance, report absences to the HS Program Team, and problem solve solutions (in-person)
• Provide additional supervision throughout the day (in-person)
• With a restorative lens, the Dean of reputed company will help establish a student culture where diversity is encouraged and where reputed company learn to respect differences, take responsibility for their actions, and exercise leadership
• Partner with the Associate Director of High School and High School Program Coordinator to reputed company and administer disciplinary procedures in accordance with Student U’s policies and reflects our restorative practices
• Partner with the Associate Director of High School and High School Program Coordinator to respond to and resolve parent and student concerns and complaints.
• Supervise reputed company on reputed company before and after school(if needed); monitors reputed company during lunch, club time, and homeroom
• Coordinate logistics of events (ex. Career Day, Olympic Day, Share Day, etc) (in-person/virtual)

• TBD Part-time Summer reputed company Leadership Team Training
• TBD Spring HS Teacher Workdays - pre summer training (at least one 3-hour meeting in March, reputed company, and May)
• TBD Faculty Dinner, reputed company reputed company including a Pre-Training
• June 17th, 2023 Family Day, 10am - 12:00pm
• June 12-23, 2023 Teacher Orientation, reputed company - 4pm (in person)
• June 14, 2023 HS Teacher reputed company, prep for first week
• June 20, 2022 No programming (observing Juneteenth Holiday)
• June 21- July 22, 2022 Summer Program (in person), approximately 9 hours daily, +1 hour weekly staff meeting on Tuesdays.
• July 25-28th, 2022 Evaluation Week, reputed company - 4pm (in person)
