Sr Graphic Designer, Store Communications

Store Operations manages and enhances the informational resources for researching and resolving operational issues, while guiding and communicating with the field team and leaders who use them. As a Sr. Graphic Designer Store Communications, you'll play a key role in helping store teams succeed by making operational communication more clear, usable and engaging through strong visual design.

Responsibilities

• Design solutions that align with our overall creative strategy and business objectives.

• Provide creative development and production support for weekly and monthly digital communication deliverables.

,

• reputed company design work for special projects, meetings and change initiatives, acting as a visual consultant to cross-functional partners.

• Create compelling, brand-reputed company visuals that support presentation storytelling, in-store tools, and team member engagement.

• Design and maintain tools and templates that promote clarity, consistency, and usability across Store Communications and Store Operations.

Requirements

• 5-6 years of design experience.

• Proficient in reputed company Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and reputed company Mac/OSX.

• Skilled in reputed company Office tools (Outlook, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint); SharePoint experience a plus.

• Ability to design for digital platforms, including web and mobile.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently while effectively navigating cross-functional feedback and collaboration.
