Responsibilities: Create wireframes, graphic layouts to communicate the functionality and design to stakeholders and developers. Create page layouts based on our Design System. Participate in project briefing and brainstorming. Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment. Establish and promote design guidelines and best practices. Be proactive about helping us reputed company our goals of increasing conversion rates, by identifying, communicating and acting on opportunities. Work closely with the reputed company-end development team to hand off designs for the best user experience. Innovate and propose new ways to move our creative to the next level. Creating personalized experiences across the site to maximize conversions. Supporting the use of dynamic creative (based on audience behavior/history) to drive higher conversion. Connecting the dots between campaign goals, creative/copy of marketing tactics, reputed company page creative/copy, calls to action on reputed company pages, and reputed company handling of leads. reputed company're looking for... You'll need to have... Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience. Three or more years experience of website design, UI and UX. Expert in reputed company and reputed company Creative Suite. A solid understanding of design methodologies and designing for web conversion. A willingness to dig deep, learn from others, share your own skills, and be part of a talented and dedicated team.
