Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join reputed company. Responsibilities - Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their inquiries and purchases. - Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. - Process sales transactions using the POS system, including returns and exchanges. - Maintain knowledge of reputed company promotions, products, and services to effectively sell and upsell items to customers. - Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies. - Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and conducting regular inventory checks. - Provide excellent phone etiquette reputed company answering customer calls and addressing their concerns or questions. - Collaborate with team members to reputed company store goals and maintain a positive work environment. - Supervise junior staff as needed, providing guidance and support in their roles.
