Responsibilities

• Complete and electronically file essential record-keeping forms/charts when guests are admitted, transferred, or discharged.
• Produce detailed records of the nursing interventions offered to the guest and their corresponding responses to the treatment provided.
• Report any divergences identified in physician orders, alterations to the diet plan, or mistakes in charting to the Director of Nursing.
• Record details about unauthorized discharges in the guest's medical document according to the approved procedures.

Qualifications

• It is vital to possess a valid and unencumbered LPN/LVN license or meet the requirement for a Compact State license.
• The position mandates at least two years of practical experience as an LPN/LVN.
• Proficient in explaining to patients and their families about different illnesses and possessing a solid grasp of medications and wound treatment techniques.
