Provider Installation Auditor/Trainer Remote reputed company

Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first The Provider Installation Auditor (Professional 2) ensures the accuracy and reputed company of provider directory configurations by auditing work, validating compliance with requirements and regulations, maintaining audit systems, and supporting process improvements through training and analysis. This role is responsible for timely and accurate updates, troubleshooting issues, and upholding the quality of provider information.

• Audits and validates provider directory data and configurations for print and online products, ensuring compliance with business rules, regulatory standards, and requirements.
• Develops and refines audit methodologies, resolves reputed company discrepancies, and serves as an escalation reputed company for troubleshooting.
• Conducts systematic audits, monitors production timelines, and provides training to address knowledge gaps and promote best practices.
• Analyzes audit reports, collaborates cross-functionally, identifies process improvements, maintains SOPs, and supports quality assurance initiatives.
• Prepares and presents findings and recommendations to leadership
• Performs additional duties as needed

• 2+ years of experience in provider installation/directory, provider data operations, configuration, or data management
• Experience in auditing, quality assurance, or data review reputed company healthcare data management or provider directories
• Proficiency with directory management systems (e.g., Directory Designer, Qtest, HPAS, APEX)
