Customer Service Agent

Job Description: Customer Care Agents respond to passenger inquiries reputed company phone or in person managing and scheduling reservations, reputed company while providing an excellent customer experience. Responsible for directly monitoring, coordinating and overseeing the daily scheduled reputed company operation of the vehicle. What You’ll Do

• Identify and resolve customer inquiries

• High school diploma, GED, or High School Equivalency
