Summary/Objective We are looking for an experienced USA-based Amazon CVR Specialist with a razor-sharp focus and skill to optimize the conversion rates for Young Viper Group’s private label brands on Amazon. This role involves analyzing data, implementing strategies to increase product visibility, improving listings, and ultimately driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and have a deep understanding of Amazon’s marketplace. Primary Responsibilities

  • Analyze and optimize Young Viper Gear's product listings to improve conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing on product titles, descriptions, images, and pricing strategies.
  • Full end-to-end ownership of copywriting for listings, packaging and other related marketing activations.
  • Ensure cross-department collaboration to align on keyword strategies and PPC campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on key metrics such as CTR (Click-Through Rate), CVR, and overall sales performance.
  • Implement and manage promotions, deals, and discounts to increase product visibility and conversions.
  • Regularly audit and update existing product listings to ensure they are fully optimized.
  • Ensure all products are fully optimized according to the latest Amazon guidelines and industry best practices.
  • Work closely with the Amazon PPC Manager to ensure effective collaboration across campaigns
  • Stay updated with Amazon’s algorithm changes and best practices to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve overall business strategy.

Expected Transformations and Outcomes

  • Achieve a significant increase in conversion rates across all product listings within the first 6 months.
  • Improve the overall visibility of Young Viper Group's products on Amazon, leading to a marked increase in sales.
  • Significantly reduce the bounce rate and increase repeat customer purchases through optimized listings and targeted promotions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce, with a focus on Amazon marketplace optimization.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, including listing optimization, keyword research, and PPC campaigns.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics) and experience with A/B testing methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptive to international culture with an inclusive mindset.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote working environment required
  • Flexible working hours to support global collaboration as needed
