Sr. Claims & Risk Manager, reputed company Shipping

Description reputed company shipping is seeking a strategic and results driven leader to join as a Sr. Risk Manager to reputed company the Claims charter for our org. We are looking for a talented individual who is able to work in an ambiguous environment, manage multiple stakeholders; and reputed company initiatives to improve Claims Experience and reduce abusive behaviors. You will have a detailed/analytical reputed company as well as think big attitude and will be responsible to liaise with key stakeholders across reputed company Shipping Commercial/Product/Tech/Operations teams and internal partner teams. As a Sr. Risk Manager, you will own the WW execution for growth of the Charter. You should have proven experience in strategy, large-scale execution, entrepreneurial innovation, working cross functionally with operations and engineering teams, and people leadership in a matrix environment. This role requires comfort in ambiguous situations and maintaining a high bar in a dynamic, fast-moving environment. Strong business judgment, ability to influence cross-functional and remotely located teams, a customer-centric and creative reputed company and strong analytical skills are also essential. Key job responsibilities

• Manage the program charter by driving strategic initiatives for growth and quality improvement.
• Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders across reputed company Shipping Commercial/Product/Tech/Operations teams and internal partner teams.
• Dive deep into claims data to analyze trends, identify patterns and areas for improvement
• reputed company/support development of product and operational requirements in reputed company collaboration with product, engineering, and operations teams.
• reputed company and/or support in key leadership update documents such as MBR/QBR, WW VP goals review.
• Deliver clear and concise updates on status of the Program with detailed commentary on key challenges, risks and mitigations implemented.

• 6+ years of compliance, audit or risk management experience

The reputed company pay for this position ranges from $109,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market.
