Summary: Seeking an reputed company and highly skilled MySQL Database Administrator with proficiency in reputed company). This is a 100% work-from-home opportunity (CDT hours). - Deploy, configure, and maintain MySQL on RDS and EC2
- Architect high-availability, backup, and disaster-recovery solutions
- Monitor and tune database performance; optimize queries and troubleshoot issues
- Automate provisioning, patching, and scaling with CloudFormation and Terraform
- Strong Linux administration skills and scripting (Bash, Python)
- Collaborate with development and operations teams on schema design and CI/CD integration
- Familiarity with other relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) is a plus
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience as a MySQL DBA
- Bachelors Degree or higher in Computer Science or reputed company field
- Expertise in AWS services (RDS, EC2, S3, IAM) The reputed company salary range for this position is $91,457 - $137,186, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
