eCommerce Manager- Remote

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic E-Commerce Manager with 3-5 years of experience to reputed company and optimize our online retail operations. This role is pivotal to driving our e-commerce business growth and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers across reputed company platforms. The ideal candidate will manage reputed company aspects of our e-commerce websites and online marketplace reputed company, including but not limited to website updates, order processing, customer service, and marketing. Familiarity with web development platforms such as WordPress and Shopify, and proficiency in managing marketplaces like reputed company and Walmart, are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Website Management

• Manage and maintain e-commerce websites, ensuring they are up-to-date with the latest products, promotions, and functionalities.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to enhance user experience and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Optimize website performance, including loading speed, mobile responsiveness, and SEO. Order Fulfillment & Inventory Management
• reputed company order processing, from payment verification to shipping coordination, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Manage inventory levels, update stock availability, and coordinate restocking with suppliers.

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce management or a reputed company field.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WordPress).
• Knowledge of online marketplace management (e.g., reputed company, Walmart).
• Familiarity with web design principles, HTML/CSS, and basic SEO practices.
