Position Overview We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Outsource Admin & Legal Talent Specialist with demonstrated experience in recruiting for legal roles, preferably for U.S.-based law firms, with an emphasis on personal injury practices. This role blends recruitment support, client coordination, and administrative duties in a remote work environment. Experience working with outsourced legal support teams is a strong plus. Prepare shortlisted candidates for client interviews with context on U.S. legal work environments, especially in personal injury law. ? Communicate regularly with U.S.-based clients?primarily law firms?to gather hiring requirements and provide candidate recommendations. ? Generate reports, reputed company data entry, and organize documents effectively. ? Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and draft routine correspondence. ?
