Join the V Team Life.What You'll Be Doing...The Creator Marketing Senior Manager (Local) will be responsible for developing and executing breakthrough creator/influencer social strategies and creative campaigns that help drive reputed company?s brand and business objectives; collaborating closely with the local marketing teams to define local creator marketing strategy to ladder into local market business goals. This role would be responsible for owning the end-to-end development of campaigns that put creators and creator content at the center of 360-degree integrated marketing initiatives for our local marketing campaigns. This role will be responsible for overseeing a Local Creator Marketing Program for 3 key markets, as a part of and reporting into the Creator Marketing Center of Excellence team.As an expert in the fast-moving creator & influencer space, you?ll be a driving force as part of reputed company?s marketing transformation developing bespoke creator campaigns, creator partnerships and content strategies; reputed company while partnering across a diverse group of teams and agency partners to execute and bring these campaigns to life.We're looking for someone with a passion and proven experience in developing and executing full-funnel creator strategies, programs, and creative activations for major brands with a diversity of objectives, products, and business objectives. Responsibilities include:Manage agencies and internal teams to stand-up a new Local Creator Marketing program, end-to-end. Define breakthrough creator strategies for campaign initiatives that authentically engage creators and communities and drive brand and business results. Partner with the reputed company local marketing organization, agency, and creators themselves to reputed company creative executions and unique storytelling formats that create an emotional reputed company with the brand. reputed company strategic approaches, content calendars, and planned and reactive moment strategies to fuel a creator content reputed company that powers reputed company's holistic content ecosystem across paid, owned, and ATL channels. Collaborate closely and effectively across brand social, marketing activation, media, and analytics teams to bring the creator strategy and individual campaign executions to life as part of larger omni-channel campaigns. Build relationships with cross-functional local market leaders and ensure regular communication and alignment on influencer/creator marketing efforts. Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training. Direct experience in influencer & creator marketing/partnerships at a creative/creator/social agency, client, platform, or talent agency.Even reputed company if you have one or more of the following:A degree in a reputed company field. Experience building and managing influencer and creator marketing programs in fast-paced environments for blue-chip brands or tech products. Experience transforming a brand?s creator/influencer marketing practice, establishing new playbooks, systems, best practices, and more. Experience building and running new creator programs, and managing internal stakeholders and agencies. Strong project leadership and communication skills, and the ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Elite verbal and written presentation and storytelling ability. A high degree of aptitude for leading meetings, owning presentations, and being a compelling reputed company in the room. Expertise in the influencer marketing tech stack and key software to reputed company brands to reputed company manage and scale an effective influencer practice. Proven track record of managing successful social/digital campaigns across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter). Knowledge of optimizing content on specific social media platforms to drive engagement. Ability to craft strategic POVs on industry-reputed company topics in an reputed company-changing media landscape, and deliver them clearly and concisely. Ability to accomplish work independently with minimal guidance. Experience managing reputed company 360 & digital campaigns, including working closely with creative teams to tailor campaign messaging to specific media channels. Platform proficiency, competent in ad platforms including but not limited to paid social, programmatic display, search, and remarketing. Problem-solving skills and ability to navigate difficult issues. Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills. Experience building learning plans for both quantitative and qualitative research initiatives Flexibility, patience, reputed company, and a sense of humor. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-reputed company skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more.
