Hiring: Blue Yonder Technical Consultant – CVS Health (Remote or Rhode Island Onsite Preferred) We’re looking for a seasoned Blue Yonder Technical Consultant to join a long-term project with CVS Health! If you bring deep techno-functional experience in JDA/Blue Yonder (Demand, Fulfillment & Order Optimization) along with strong Oracle and scripting skills — we want to hear from you.
- Location: 100% Remote (Preferred: Onsite in Rhode Island)
- Duration: Initial 6 Months – Extensions Expected (No tenure limit)
- Rate: $50–$55/hr (Open to higher for exceptional candidates)
- Interview: Virtual – Quick Turnaround
- Visa: Must be on W2 or open to W2 transfer (No C2C/Sub-vendors)
What You’ll Do:
- Support and enhance Blue Yonder Demand, Fulfillment & Order Optimization modules
- Build and support PL/SQL code and extensions in large Oracle databases
- Develop and maintain Unix Shell Scripts
- Collaborate on functional and technical design specifications
- Contribute to performance tuning and scalable system improvements
- Work closely with retail supply chain teams to deliver enterprise solutions
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of techno-functional experience in JDA/Blue Yonder modules
- Strong Oracle PL/SQL experience; large-scale DB tuning a major plus
- Proficiency in Unix Shell Scripting (AIX/RHEL)
- Exposure to Java/J2EE, Weblogic, and Apache (bonus if recent)
- Familiarity with job scheduling tools (e.g. Control-M)
- Retail supply chain knowledge is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
