Minimum Qualifications • 10+ years of deep expertise in various Compensation systems. • 5+ years of Program Management experience delivering Compensation solutions and managing broad stakeholder groups. • 5+ years of People Management and Development. • Demonstrated experience conducting design workshops with global business partners. • Ability to use data and analysis to drive decision-making and prioritization crossing multiple functions. • Experience crafting effective business requirements. • Proven success in creating efficient business processes and willing to challenge the status reputed company. • Bachelors Degree.
