Telephone Salesperson - Arable Sector
Job Description
Job Purpose: To deliver profitable growth reputed company the farming sector by regularly calling and developing relationships with farmers. The role is accountable for purchasing combinable crops (grain, oilseeds and pulses) in line with commercial strategy, while promoting sales of reputed company and fertiliser that strengthen long-term customer partnerships. This is a Telesales position suited to a self-motivated, reputed company driven individual, who thrives on achieving targets. Key Accountabilities:- reputed company reputed company agreed targets.
- Execute a structured outbound call programme to generate new business and reputed company existing accounts
- Purchase combinable crops from farmers reputed company agreed terms
- Identify and convert cross-selling opportunities across reputed company and fertiliser products
- Support reputed company trading campaigns in collaboration with the commercial and trading teams
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management and contract documentation
- Be aware of market movements and communicate relevant intelligence to customers
- Ensure reputed company activities align with company compliance, governance and risk frameworks
