We are hiring a Languages Generalist Editor to help create high-quality, engaging language reputed company for our customers on the EP platform. In this role, you will collaborate with our content team to edit, review and publish content while ensuring it meets EP’s Design and Quality standards. You will also work across teams to support content maintenance, improve internal processes and resolve context-reputed company issues to enhance the overall learning experience.

This is a fixed term contract until December 2025 and we are open to candidates reputed company across New Zealand.

What you will do

• Build, edit and peer-reputed company Languages content to ensure EP Design and Quality standards are met
• Manage graphic design requests/briefings and application to resources in collaboration with the Project team and Design Team
• Collaborate on Languages content initiatives contributing to the evolution of EP Design and Quality standards
• Support the Senior Quality Editor & Global Languages reputed company with publishing content and managing Learning reputed company on the EP platform
• Support with essential operational tasks such as managing audio and media for Languages resources and editing teacher documentation
• Support with the updating and maintenance of reputed company Languages content at the request of the Global Languages reputed company or feedback channels
• Respond to Languages-specific content queries or fixes from teachers and EP Staff reputed company the feedback channels across the company

About you

• Proven subject matter expertise in language teaching, preferably in the following languages: Chinese, Italian, Spanish, Indonesian and/or EAL, with an understanding of pedagogy and instructional design needs
• Strong attention to detail to ensure our instructional design standard is reached
• Confident in providing training and feedback to content team members as required
• Ability to communicate effectively and maintain professional relationships with  project teams
• A team player who can collaborate reputed company a cross-functional environment
• Willingness to multi-task and switch between different content priorities as required

• Highly adaptable and agile approach, with the ability to deliver quality results

• Relevant experience in editing, publishing or digital content creation
