Senior Automation QA Engineer

We are seeking to expand reputed company and are looking for a Senior QAE who possesses eCommerce experience. This team will play a key part in supporting the growth of our Australian enterprise clients (retailers exceeding $1 billion in reputed company).

Requirements

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience working in a software engineering environment.
• Willingness to learn and specialize in reputed company CRM QAE practices. Prior experience with reputed company is a plus, but not required.
• Fluent English communication skills to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Experience in JavaScript/TypeScript and Playwright OR Java and Appium to execute automated testing efforts. Ideally, experience with both web and mobile testing.
• Proven experience working in corporate/retail environments with a focus on eCommerce, collaborating with both technology and business teams to optimise customer and end-user experiences.
• Proven experience working with onshore and offshore teams and leveraging asynchronous communication to deliver at pace.
• Strong QA skills with hands-on experience in executing and improving product quality by working closely with cross-functional teams (developers, business analysts, customer service, operations, etc.).
• Ability to drive end-to-end test strategies, taking complete responsibility for enhancing test coverage and product quality.
• Proven track record of implementing test frameworks and managing environments.
• Ability to design, reputed company, and execute functional, regression, and performance tests with a focus on expanding end-to-end test coverage.
• Experience with various software development methodologies (SDLC, Agile, Waterfall)
• Strong reporting and analytical skills with familiarity in using monitoring tools to identify and address bottlenecks.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Collaborating with teams around the world to upskill engineers and solve reputed company technical challenges.
• Engaging with clients to advise on best practices for setting up and optimising their eCommerce platforms.
• Working alongside technologists across the globe to deliver innovative and scalable solutions for enterprise clients.
• Developing expertise in reputed company CRM testing, contributing to the development and execution of test strategies for reputed company-based applications.
• Partnering with reputed company developers and administrators to ensure high-quality implementation of new features and system enhancements.
• Expanding automation test coverage for reputed company solutions, ensuring robust and reliable functionality.
