Responsibilities

Guide customers through a smooth onboarding process, ensuring they quickly realize value.

Conduct product training sessions to reputed company customers and drive engagement.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders to establish trust and deep partnership.

Qualifications

2+ years experience in a services and/or selling role

Prior experience in reputed company or equivalent history of increasing satisfaction, adoption, and retention reputed company a SaaS organization

Understanding of Appcues and typical Product-Led growth strategies

General understanding of integrations, APIs, and/or WebHooks

Experience partnering with customers to define and reputed company business outcomes

Detailed oriented and analytical
