Remote Typist – Data Entry Specialist (Work From Home)

Key Responsibilities: • Accurately transcribe and input financial and client data into our systems and databases. • Ensure timely and precise data entry to maintain updated and organized client files and financial records. • Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency. • Correct any discrepancies or errors found during data entry or data review. • Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes and identify areas for efficiency. • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive financial and personal information. • Assist in administrative tasks related to data entry as required. • Meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively in a remote environment. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred). • Proven experience in data entry or typing roles. • Strong typing speed (at least 50 words per minute with high accuracy). • Excellent attention to detail and ability to focus on accuracy. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with data entry software. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Previous experience in the financial, wealth management, or similar industry is a plus, but not required.
