We are looking for a part-time, Intake Specialist passionate about whole-person, whole-family mental health care to join our clinical team. This position reports to a Behavioral Care Manager reputed company. Responsibilities: • Provide initial evaluations for new members and families, gathering pertinent information, screening for risk, and triaging members into appropriate services reputed company while creating a warm and inviting environment. • Provide accurate and timely documentation in the EHR and other communication systems. • Consult with clinical reputed company to facilitate referrals for clinically indicated services reputed company of the organization. • Assign care team members post initial evaluation and inform the care team of new assignments. • Other duties as assigned. The salary range for United States residents is $20 per intake (45 minutes).
