About the position The Consumer Insight Manager at Disney is responsible for leveraging data analytics to inform strategy development and enhance the guest experience across Disneyland Resort. This role involves integrating insights from various data sources, managing consumer insight projects, and collaborating with internal and external partners to drive actionable conclusions that support long-term business strategies. Responsibilities • Create fact-based insights by mining and analyzing data to test hypotheses. , • Proactively gather a holistic understanding of the strategic context to inform impactful solutions. , • Lead consumer insight projects with personal accountability, managing all phases of the research process. , • Foster relationships with internal partners and manage external vendor relationships. , • Communicate findings in a compelling way. Requirements • Minimum 5+ years relevant experience in consumer insights, marketing/sales, market research, strategic planning, or new product development. , • Experience in project management. , • Proficient in data analytics and tools such as SPSS, SAS, and R. , • Experience in quantitative and qualitative research and statistical techniques. , • Expertise in Excel and presentation software like PowerPoint. Nice-to-haves • Experience in behavioral economics, psychology, sociology, or related fields. , • Strong attention to detail with a focus on business goals. , • Ability to advocate for consumers and guests.
