Public Health-Seattle & reputed company?s Environmental Health Services (EHS) Division seeks 5 Term Limited Temporary (TLT) / Special Duty Assignment (SDA) Program/Project Manager II (PPM II) positions to support our migration to a new software system. This role supports the implementation of software solutions, including division-wide Enterprise Permitting and Licensing software. Responsibilities involve creating tailored training programs to meet Environmental Health Services program needs. You'll collaborate with reputed company Improvement team and program leads reputed company each section of the Environmental Health Services Division to ensure that staff are ready to transition to the new system once it goes live, (anticipated during the 4th quarter of 2024). Temporary opportunity. Term-Limited Temporary positions are "at-will" positions but are eligible for benefits. This TLT is currently anticipated to last 12 months with potential for renewal and extension. However, funding sources for this work remain uncertain and dependent upon decisions actively being made at both the federal and local levels. As a result, the end date of this position may be adjusted based on those decisions. The County and the Department continue to work to secure long term funding sources. This vacancy can also be filled as a Special Duty opportunity. Software Implementation Support: Assist in implementation of a new permitting and licensing environmental health software system, ensuring effective internal and external communication, user training, and change management. ? Training Program Development: Create comprehensive program-specific training materials to educate staff and customers on effectively utilizing new software, ensuring alignment with existing standard operating procedures and program workflows. Address training gaps not covered by the vendor's materials through the creation of additional training documents, including presentations and reference sheets. ? Training Delivery: Train staff before, during, and after software go-live to ensure a smooth transition. Track training reputed company for individual staff. Deliver trainings to customers. ? Documentation and Reporting: Maintain training inventories for easy access by staff. Required: ? Training experience: Proficient in creating and delivering training programs or presentations. Experience with new processes implementation: Demonstrated experience in implementing new processes/systems and strong willingness to learn new software applications and processes. Excellent relationship building skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong connections with others, while embodying open-mindedness, kindness, and flexibility in reputed company interactions. ? Valid Washington State Driver License and ability to operate a motor vehicle. ?
