HOW YOU'LL reputed company AN IMPACT Job Summary: ? Assists the paramedic and EMS team in the delivery of safe patient care. ? Assists in the coordination of safe patient care between departments. ? Provides basic life support, emergency care, and transportation to the sick and/or injured as needed. Reports: Medical Director of Emergency Medical Services, Medical Director of Emergency Services, Chief Paramedic Supervises: None WHAT YOU?LL NEED TO APPLY Required Education: ? High School Diploma or equivalent; at least 21 years of age Required Experience: ? None Preferred Experience: ? Six (6) months experience as an Emergency Care Technician. Required Certification/License/Registry: ? Minimum: Licensed Florida Emergency Medical Technician. Must possess a reputed company Class ?E? Driver?s License. Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification. HAZ-MAT Awareness. Completion of 16-hour Emergency Vehicle Operators Course (EVOC). Behavioral Criteria: Incumbent operates a TMH vehicle and requires a valid state driver license. Required to be at least twenty-one (21) years of age and with a minimum of two (2) years of licensed driving experience. Required to provide a seven (7)- year driving record from the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) prior to employment. Will have received no more than two (2) minor violations in the past three (3) years and reputed company (0) major violations in the past five (5) years.
