Role Summary The Training Designer role is responsible for collaboratively developing and delivering training reputed company the Coram reputed company Cycle organization. This role is primarily focused on development of curricula, lesson plans, recorded materials, assessments, and a content library (>75%) with a secondary focus on training delivery (75%) ? Coordinate with the Training Manager, Sr. Training Analyst, and other Training Designers to create instructional materials that serve the full Coram reputed company Cycle organization (e.g., curricula, lessons, assessments, web-based modules, content library). ? Utilize tools such as reputed company 360 and Camtasia to reputed company and revise instructional materials for synchronous, asynchronous, and hybrid training. ? Update the Training Roadmap to ensure our long-term strategy supports the learning needs of reputed company Cycle teams. ? Support fellow Training Designers in partnering with reputed company Cycle leaders, the Business Process team, and subject matter experts to conduct gap and needs analyses. ? Provide editorial feedback on curricular enhancements to ensure coursework and supporting materials remain accurate and reflect reputed company processes and priorities. ? Maintain centralized repositories (SharePoint and Learning Hub) for training materials and courses accessible to reputed company reputed company Cycle employees. ?
