Deliver a positive customer experience by understanding and anticipating customer needs. , ? Assist in training store team members and follow supervisors' instructions. , ? Provide expertise in printing, signs, graphics, and shipping product lines. , ? Resolve customer problems quickly and satisfactorily. , ? Take complex customer orders and provide accurate pricing information. , ? Assemble parcels and prepare goods for shipping, including weighing and labeling packages. , ? Set up and operate printing and binding equipment using customer-supplied media. , ? Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly retail store environment. , ? Process financial transactions using a Point of Sale terminal, including cash handling. , ? Clean, repair, and stock retail store equipment and supplies. , ? Stay current on retail store merchandising materials and ensure proper product display. , ? Complete required financial paperwork and assist with financial reporting. Requirements ?
