Merchandising Lead

Develop and execute merchandising strategies that align with the Sam?s Club brand identity, values, and customer needs. ? Monitor and analyze market trends to identify potential areas of growth. ? Manage and oversee the selection, purchase, and display of merchandise. ? Ensure accurate pricing and product placement throughout the store. ? Collaborate with store managers and other team members to ensure excellent customer service. ? Work with vendors to negotiate the best pricing and terms for merchandise. ? Utilize data and analytics to measure and optimize merchandising strategies. ? Provide training and guidance to store staff on merchandising best practices. ? Create and maintain product displays that are attractive and inviting to customers. ? Stay up-to-date on product features, pricing, and availability. ?
