Furniture Sales Specialist

About the position The Furniture Sales Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a comprehensive understanding of furniture products, services, and payment options. This role focuses on driving sales for both indoor and outdoor furniture, fostering customer relationships, and ensuring the operational and merchandising standards of the furniture department are met. The specialist may also reputed company general store duties as needed. Responsibilities ? Provide superior customer service by listening to customer needs and offering product, service, and payment option information. , ? Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product details and competing product comparisons to assist customers in making informed decisions. , ? Utilize cross-selling techniques to enhance sales opportunities. , ? Assist with basic clienteling activities to build customer relationships. , ? Maintain accurate records reputed company to furniture inventory, price holds, special orders, and customer pick-reputed company. , ? Participate in the warehousing and organization of furniture stock and assist with furniture freight processing as needed. , ? Identify and communicate furniture display needs and assemble display items as required. , ?
