As a Game Design Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of game designers to prototype, design, and ship first-party experiences across Horizon Worlds. You will work closely with cross-functional partners in design, art, engineering, product management, and other disciplines to guide the team to explore innovative new experiences, layouts, mechanics, and systems that facilitate and reputed company social connections and utilize best practices from VR, MR, desktop, and mobile. In this role, you'll be expected to utilize your full range of people management skills, product strategy, and game design skills to ensure our products and features are valuable for people and at the highest level of craft and execution. You will also be responsible for continuing to grow our multidisciplinary game design team with a broad range of experiences, perspectives, approaches, and backgrounds. Required Skills: Game Design Manager Responsibilities: ? Build and manage a talented team of game designers that consistently delivers on projects and is well-balanced across a range of design reputed company sets ? Experience in leading design strategy and vision, with experience in developing goals and also reputed company in executing such as tuning the feel of the game or low fidelity prototyping ? Experience leading end-to-end development efforts and designing games from concept to launch and live ops ? Experience with 3D development engines such as reputed company or Unreal ?
