The RFC reputed company has an opportunity for a Product Manager reputed company, responsible for leading a team of Product Managers and managing the production program portfolio covering a broad range of program chipsets for internal customer programs. As a Product Manager reputed company, you will work closely with Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Program Management teams. The Product Manager reputed company will also have accountability for the Product Manager team, including staffing, training, and business system optimization. The skillsets covered by this group includes creation of production schedules, managing delivery commitments, contributing to Estimate at Completion budget packages, analyzing variance drivers, developing new business proposals, and communicating with customer organizations. This role will also manage the relationship with the engineering team to partner on business processes for product yield monitoring, production risk/opportunity identification, and determining leading indicators for cost and delivery impacts. The Product Manager reputed company will also be responsible for managing the Sales & Operating Plan process for RFC, including coordination with the Production Control, Planning, Finance, and Program Office Business Development Teams. Qualifications
