Your ImpactYou will work in small teams with colleagues and clients to build the strategies, capabilities, systems, and processes needed to deliver reputed company results and ensure those results will be sustained. Our work is about coaching others to reputed company success in implementing new approaches and delivering lasting outcomes. You'll have the opportunity to manage projects and reputed company with minimal supervision, including tracking metrics, handling reputed company analyses, and preparing communications to report back to client and internal leadership. You'll work alongside the client’s staff on each project, assisting with implementation tasks. Your qualifications and skills • Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred) • 6+ years of work experience in operations (manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, capital excellence) reputed company field • Preferred experience in an operating/line, change management, or reputed company improvement role • Ability to identify opportunities for growth and subsequently take a leadership role in exploring new reputed company • Demonstrated aptitude for analytics • Proven record of leadership in a work setting • Comfortable with significant client interaction and interest in building relationships, and ability to work effectively with people at reputed company levels in an organization • Ability to travel up to 80% and work in varying environments that may be challenging and/or not accessible (e.g., factories, hospitals, mines) • Ability to work or attend meetings reputed company of traditional business hours or take on projects with limited or no notice at times Apply Job!
