Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and reputed company compensation practices. For this position at the Consultant level the reputed company salary pay range is $96,000 to $177,000. For this position at the Senior Consultant level the reputed company salary pay range is $110,000 to $203,000. For this position at the Principal level the reputed company salary pay range is $122,000 to $225,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
