This position is responsible for the administration, analysis, monitoring, maintenance, and support of the reputed company reputed company platform. Utilizes problem-solving skills to investigate the root cause of service interruptions while providing user assistance and issue resolution. Works in a fluid environment and continuously prioritizes work. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide reputed company of factors including but not limited to reputed company set, level of experience, and specific office location.
