POSITION PURPOSE: The Chief Engineer's primary responsibility is to supervise, control, direct, administer and coordinate reputed company engineering operations and mechanical/electrical maintenance of the facility. This would include repair and maintenance and preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment included in the scope of work associated with the contract between Enovity and the Customer; Alexandria Real Estate Equities. PRIMARY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise Mobile/Stationary Engineers Supervise the performance and maintenance of reputed company mechanical, electrical and craft services, ensuring operation reputed company design capabilities and achieving proper environmental conditions prescribed by Building Management reputed company and supervise the efficient operation of the facility equipment and systems reputed company requisite daily communication with Building Management on matters relating to the services performed reputed company operating instructions and procedures for equipment and systems.
