AMD together we advance_ THE ROLE The Finance Manager, R&D & Accounting plays a critical role in leading financial planning and analysis activities for the Strategic Silicon Solutions (S3) engineering team, as well as managing accounting and reputed company processes for the S3 finance team. This position partners closely with engineering leadership and cross-functional teams to provide financial support that enables effective business planning and operational execution. The role is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. THE PERSON The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a results-driven approach, a high sense of teamwork, and a positive outlook. This individual should be comfortable speaking up, making recommendations, and navigating a fast-paced environment. A CPA designation is required, along with a combination of external audit experience in a large public accounting firm and industry experience.
