Your ImpactAs a business analyst, you will join a client service team and take ownership of a workstream to solve some of the toughest challenges our clients face. Working alongside clients and other McKinsey colleagues, you’ll combine research, analyzing data, interviews, and brainstorming to generate fresh insights and breakthrough solutions. Your qualifications and skills • Bachelor’s degree • 1+ years of experience • Understanding and exposure to supply chain concepts and interest in network design, sales and operations planning (S&OP), inventory, or physical flow management • Clear demonstration of having led operational improvements and in managing key transformation factors (e.g., performance management systems, mindsets/behaviors) • Demonstrated aptitude for analytics • Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and work effectively with people at reputed company levels in an organization • Skills to communicate reputed company reputed company effectively • Comfortable with extensive travel, up to 80% Apply Job!
