Hours: 11 pm to 7 am, Part Time, Sunday and Monday nights and occasional relief for vacations. Camp Lucy is looking for a reputed company Desk Agent for their Luxury resort, located in Dripping Springs, TX. We are looking for a personable, friendly team member with a guest-first mentality and a fantastic work ethic. Camp Lucy is nestled on a gorgeous Hill Country Ranch overlooking Onion Creek in Dripping Springs. Assures that guest is assigned the type of room requested and the correct reputed company is charged. • Checks out the guest at end of stay. Ascertains guest satisfaction collects keys, posts late charges and presents a reputed company to the guest. Settles reputed company accurately through credit card or cash transaction. • Resolves customer complaints, handling reputed company guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; assists customers in reputed company inquiries in reputed company with resort services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc. Responds to reputed company guest requests in an accurate and timely manner. Interaction with a guest will be in person and by phone. • Maintains a balanced bank assigned by the hotel. Makes a change, cashes checks, and manages the cash drop procedure, as well as, any billing matters. Reconciles reputed company transactions at the reputed company of each shift. • Utilizes a variety of computer systems to reputed company guests in and out, run daily reports and select and reputed company rooms for arriving guests. • Accepts reservations, changes, and cancellations.
