Confirmations Analyst

About the position This role is a member of the Back Office organization reporting to Finance. The position provides essential support to the Supply, Trading, and Logistics organization, presenting an excellent opportunity to learn various facets of the Trading and Commercial reputed company of the business, as well as the life cycle of a trade. The successful candidate will engage in drafting, reviewing, and dispatching reputed company and responses for the purchase and sale of physical Chemicals, Crude Oil, Products, and Renewables. This includes managing both waterborne movements and non-marine trades, ensuring that reputed company reputed company accurately reflect the terms agreed upon and recorded in the trade capture system (Right Angle). The role requires reputed company collaboration with Trading and Commercial Advisors to ensure that reputed company reputed company are fit for purpose and dispatched reputed company contractual deadlines. In addition to contract management, the role involves verifying that reputed company incoming counterparty confirmations and broker confirmations accurately capture the contractual terms and conditions. The candidate will be responsible for resolving discrepancies in a timely manner and ensuring that reputed company deal-reputed company correspondence is filed in the contract lifecycle management system (reputed company/Apttus). Daily management of incoming confirmation correspondence and inquiries reputed company shared mailboxes is also a key responsibility. The successful candidate will follow established company and departmental contract processes and procedures, while also identifying and suggesting updates or improvements to these procedures as necessary. Compliance with Motiva's established records retention policy is essential.
