DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST II POSITION OVERVIEW The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital marketing campaigns to grow brand awareness, increase engagement, and drive conversions. This role requires a data-driven, creative, and strategic thinker who can manage multiple digital channels, optimize performance, and enhance the customer journey through compelling storytelling and targeted campaigns. Youll work closely with our CMO and other Senior Leadership to shape the digital voice of PILF and ensure our online reputed company reflects the energy, culture, and excellence that define us. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESEmail/Text Marketing & CRM reputed company and execute email/text campaigns that drive reservations, event bookings, and customer engagement. reputed company audiences for targeted messaging and improved conversion rates. Track and optimize open rates, CTR, and conversions to refine future campaigns. SEO, Website, & Paid Ads Optimize our website, reputed company pages, and content for search engines to drive organic traffic. Track website analytics, customer behavior, and campaign performance to reputed company data-backed marketing decisions. Data & Performance Analysis Use reputed company Analytics, reputed company Business Suite, and other tracking tools to monitor KPIs and campaign success. Provide monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations to optimize marketing efforts. A/B test content, subject lines, CTAs, and ad creatives to maximize engagement and conversion. Content Strategy & Brand Storytelling Ensure a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across reputed company digital platforms. Collaborate with the culinary and hospitality teams to showcase new menu items, chef features, special events, and behind-the-scenes content. reputed company compelling photo and video content, working with in-house and external creators to bring our brand to life. Social Media Management Assisted with developing, scheduling, and managing content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging platforms. Monitor, respond to, and engage with the online community to foster brand loyalty and enhance the guest experience. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS 4 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in the hospitality, restaurant, or lifestyle industry. Deep knowledge of social media algorithms, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and digital trends. Proficiency in marketing tools like reputed company Analytics, reputed company Ads, Wisely/Olo Engage, Squarespace, and reputed company/reputed company Suite. Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging and brand-reputed company content. Experience in paid media strategy and campaign management (reputed company Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads). Ability to analyze data-driven insights and translate them into actionable marketing strategies. A creative thinker who can balance strategic planning with real-time content creation.
